How's your clothing sizing like?
Please order your usual American sizing and we will handle the rest. Do not worry. Remember, we offer returns & exchanges on all items, so if you don’t like the fit, we will be happy to exchange it for you.
Am I seeing real pictures of the items?
Yes you are. All the images on the product page that you see are taken and shot by us (some are sent to us by our suppliers). We guarantee that you’ll be receiving the exact same thing and you won’t be cheated unlike your Tinder dates. If the pictures look too good to be true, that’s because we source and have the best suppliers out there who make it happen. Some of our suppliers really know their sh*t. Also, we quality check each and every product that comes in and goes out and we make sure they are true as they look.
My order has been packing for a few days now!
Occasionally, orders might get delayed when we experience high volume of orders coming in. We do our best to ship as soon as possible. During delays, orders can take 5 days to pack and ship out. It will be worth the wait!

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! USA, New Zealand, Singapore, Canada, and Australia orders over $200 qualifies for free tracked shipping.
For orders being shipped to all other countries, we require the amount to be $250 and above for customers to enjoy free shipping due to the country distance from our shipping area. We do NOT earn any extra from the shipping fee. It is used solely to pay our courier.
Where do you ship to?
We ship all of our goods worldwide. Yes, even Nigeria. We use well known international carriers with tracking to ensure your order gets to you safely.
How can I get my tracking number?
All packages come with a tracking number. We will email you the tracking number 1-2 days after your package ships. Do not worry as all packages are insured and are guaranteed. For most countries, we will require a signature upon delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express credit and debit cards. We also accept Apple Pay when you’re on your mobile device. We do not accept prepaid/gift cards. You can choose to pay through the secure payment gateway. We never process or store your card information. It is sent directly to our secure server for payment processing. Our entire website is HTTPS certified.
As we take fraud & payment security very seriously, all payments will be subject to a security check. We will email you should we require any further information.
My card keeps getting declined!
Some of our international buyers might face issues trying to pay. This is easily settled as soon as you give a quick call to your bank. We do not operate from the USA, so they might block the payment from going through. If you still face issues, please contact us.
What currency am I paying in?
We will charge your card in USD. We do have a currency converter but its only to be used as a rough estimation. All orders will be charged in USD.
How secure is your payment gateway?
H For Hype will NEVER store or hold or even process your payment details. Our host does all the payment bits for us. They are PCI DSS compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organisations that handle credit card and debit card information. Our host meets all 6 categories of PCI standards.
